In a bold and pioneering move to champion greater work-life balance, GO Communications has slashed its work week by half a day from five days to 4.5 days. Every Friday, effective March 2020, the GO office observes official working hours from 9am to 1pm. Meanwhile working hours from Monday to Thursday remain unchanged from 9am to 6pm. 

This essentially translates to employees still being paid a five-day-week salary, while their working hours are shortened by at least two days a month and 26 days a year. This is akin to a 10% pay rise and 624 additional hours of "me time" for GO staff.
